SeTxTigers15
Crawley is a knock down shooter when given playing time. Especially when he is on fire like he was Tuesday night. Someone to definitely watch out for in the future.

The future of barbers hill basketball looks good for next year, there are a lot of jr. and soph. that are going to contribute. and get barbers hill basketball back on top where they belong. fruitcitycajun
Is Coach Toon still the coach? He did a great job the short time he was at Orangefield. The biggest mistake OF made was letting him go, they should have begged and pleaded and given him a raise to keep him there, the boy's program suffered when he left. One things for sure...his team is always disciplined!
JS
....and next year looks even worse: Dayton's best/high scorer/all-everything player will be gone. high scorer does not make you the best--no discipline, no teamwork, and no chemistry--this Bronco basketball team is awful--it is amazing that we won 3 games---they were better before football ended

Yeah he is one heck of a great coach and IMO Orangefield screwed up big time...our boys team now has lots of talent but NO discipline. The team of '04 - '05 at Orangefield actually went to the playoffs that year...first time in 50+ years. Unfortunately that was Coach Toon's last year there but they played great "team ball" under his direction. We miss him!! Good Luck to your Eagles. He has done an excellent job with BH basketball.

Bench Warmer
The way Barbers Hill looked in the second half was amazing. They passed the ball and hit the Crawley kid open for a three, three times in a row. If this was Jr and Soph team they are going to great next year. As for their Coach it looked like he was keeping them focused on the task at hand. They need to push the ball a little more and not let the defense set up on them. catfever
You are right Fruitcity. Orangefield has gone downhill since Toon left. OF only went to the playoffs last year in the toughest district in the state and are still fighting for the playoffs this year. Don't get me wrong, Coach Toon did a great job and I loved watching his teams play, but the Bobcats are still going strong on the hardwood without him.
