hands FULL (YES INDEED BIG TIME) but randy new this before he took the job. i myself think lc-m is just a pit stop for randy ,he would like to coach in 5A  as i been told

according to skipper though, it might not be the spread if coach crouch lands that 5A job.

so he is going to stay with his bread and butter hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. well in away i dont blam him on that ,he has done a fair job of it so far maybe in bear country it might work out better than it did in west orange ,i for one wish him the best. no for the 5A deal  you  just need to keep your ears open lol lol and NO it did not come from enyone at west orange lol. if i can take over a loseing program and make it better as i hope he can at lc-m , other people start looking his way DONT YOU THINK  ,dont fib  the truth

Instill discipline. Do what he thinks is right. Win consistently. Run the program his way and not everyone elses way. He is ultimately responsible for the success or failure of the program. How is that for starters.

Probably the biggest difference right now is the new energy, community excitement and support. That alone is providing the momentum. He just has to keep the ball rolling.
