texasstud28
What does it take nowadays to break into the coaching ranks? Lets say you're 28-30 years old, hold a four-year degree, and love the game of fooball. Only problem, though, is that you weren't very good at either football or baseball in highschool Do you apply for an eleemntary job and work your way up? td
Instill discipline. Do what he thinks is right. Win consistently. Run the program his way and not everyone elses way. He is ultimately responsible for the success or failure of the program. How is that for starters.
mat
Probably the biggest difference right now is the new energy, community excitement and support. That alone is providing the momentum. He just has to keep the ball rolling.
