Crouch had the position (OC) until he left for LCM.  I know LCM has had their struggles but would they really appoint someone their HC/AD that had jgotten demoted?  C'mon guys.  Toby is the "Passing Coordinator".  I've yet to hear that he has been promoted.

I can assure you with 100% accuracy that coach Crouch ran the offense and called the plays, and was still the OC until he left for LC-M.
