Guest Kelly Football Posted September 4, 2006 Report Posted September 4, 2006 Even though the Mid County Schools fell short will the experience help them as the season goes along?
NedDog Posted September 4, 2006 Report Posted September 4, 2006 There is no doubt in my mind that, despite the finals on the scoreboard Friday night, both mid-county schools will benefit greatly from their experiences at Reliant Stadium. Not only did they get to play in one of the finest facilities in the country, but they also got to test their mettle against some of the top 4A teams in the state, which can only help them to grow as a team as the season moves forward.
Guest Bridge City Card Posted September 4, 2006 Report Posted September 4, 2006 Huge gain from the event at Reliant. I look for both of these teams to do quite well in District as well as Dayton.
Guest Kelly Football Posted September 4, 2006 Report Posted September 4, 2006 And Nederland will probably meet LaMarque again in the playoffs, sure it helps.
Champion Posted September 5, 2006 Report Posted September 5, 2006 Playing strong non district opp never hurts unless you get someone hurt!!!!!!!
