LamarStatesports Posted February 24, 2009 Report Posted February 24, 2009 The Lamar State College-Port Arthur men’s basketball team closes out their 2008-09 season this week on the road – Wednesday at Panola College in Carthage and Saturday at Lee College in Baytown. The Seahawks got their first-ever win over a nationally-ranked opponent Saturday, when they defeated No. 22 Jacksonville, 79-78, at the Carl Parker Center in Port Arthur.
