Bellmead police obtained an arrest warrant last week after receiving a complaint that Parr, 18, had threatened the 14-year-old boy he is accused of assaulting Feb. 18, Chief Robert Harold said.

Where there's smoke there's usually fire. Can he pull it together and be a productive member of society...who knows?? Funny I was just reading the Maurice Clarett prison blog....maybe someone should tell this kid to read that or go see good ol' #13.
