•  First, determine position within division, Texas State vs. Lamar: Split head-to-head; Texas State will have 4-6 divisional record vs. 3-7 for Lamar; Texas State gets seeding advantage.

•  Compare Southeastern and Texas State: Texas State beat Southeastern in head-to-head matchup; Texas State gets seeding advantage.

•  Compare Lamar and Southeastern: Lamar beat Southeastern in head-to-head matchup; Lamar gets seeding advantage.

•  Three-way tie-breaker at 7-9:

•  7. Texas State

•  8. Lamar

•  Eliminated: Southeastern

•  Two-way cross-divisional tie:

•  Two-way tie-breaker at 7-9 (between Texas State and Southeastern):
