BudTugley Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 West Brook's Jordan Soper pitched a complete game, 7 inning, victory over Nederland. He gave up only one Earned Run. Earlier in the day, he shot a round of 2 over par at Brentwood CC in a H.S. golf tournament. He is currently tied for second place, one shot off the lead, in that tournament.
EX-Ceauxch Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 There was a day his sophomore year when he was going to choose golf over baseball. I'm glad to see he stuck with both!!!! Congrats young man. I'm sure that cross-country helped!!(haha)

Red Headed Stepchild Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 As an old hacker myself, I am more impressed with the +2 at Brentwood. That course eats my lunch.
mark Posted March 8, 2009 Report Posted March 8, 2009 Jordan has been doing this at WB for three years and is truly a remarkable athlete. Great job Jordan.
