Guest patriot117 Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 At least they are not a one man show.
JS Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 Excuses are like you know what Diamond-J. Good job Hawks!! I call it reasons not excuses---2 big guns out makes HJ a lot better but what the heck we took 2 out of 3 from y'all
geep06 Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 I believe that HJ has a couple of players still in basketball as well. You play each game with the players you have for the day. I enjoyed the fact that Dayton and HJ scheduled games this year. Jeff Stewart is a great guy. He was the high school coach of the HJ head coach, I believe.
JS Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 yes he was and the HJ coach is a class act as well---Jeff and his family were rear-ended in Nome immediately after the game--pretty hard hit and the HJ coach stayed with him and his family until all was settled---like I said a class act!
HJ_ALL_THE_WAY Posted March 11, 2009 Report Posted March 11, 2009 I believe Garrett Gustafson(sp) and Philip Ricossa are the 2 players that are still in basketball trying to bring home another state championship.
