I would over load the left side with three recievers none on the right in a two tight end set.  Run a play action where the tight end on the right blocks down then releases into the flats for the pass.  If the corner bites on the play action the TE should be wide open!!

I would let my QB make the decision... In the heat of the moment, I think the players themselves know whats truly the best option... That way they're also more comfortable...

most all teams work on this at practice most every day. about every coach and his OC have a play are two that thay let the QB  make the call .
