Lamar SOS in OOC last year was 132. TXST was 17, UTSA was 20, Arlington was 23, SHSU was 42, SFA was 48...A&M was 50. To the fans who did not believe that LU continually has a weak OOC - there you go. The other Texas schools were far ahead of LU, that's one year. LU ranks near the end in year's prior too.

The guy who bores us with news of a team no one cares about (or should) is right.  There ARE no divisions this year.  There WERE divisions last year.  That is why conference is already two weeks old--they're all scheduled to play 33 games.

I said Lamar won their Division LAST YEAR.  Look at the season ending standings from 2008, it includes Standings.

I agree that Lamar should make it to Regionals every couple of years.  To think that they will every year is ridiculous.  The Southland is a pretty good baseball Conference.

I was trying to make a point to TT that even though Lamar's SOS in pre-conference games is not as strong as other Southland teams, they still finish high in the conference standings from year to year.
