Guest patriot117 Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 The Patriots erupted for 12 runs in the top of the 4th inning to break open a tight ballgame at North Forrest Stadium. The Goose had been retired in order for the first three innings. The second time through proved to be much tougher for the Bulldog starter as he was chased from the hill in the 4th. Cody Butler did his part going 4 strong innings allowing two singles while striking out 8. Dalton Going would pitch final inning retiring the Bulldogs in order to complete the run-rule game. GCM will be at home on Friday to battle the Dayton Broncos.
