Cat22
From KOGT.com Orangefield’s Olivia Wagner was recently selected to play in the Greater Houston Area Girls Basketball Association All-Star Game on April 11 in Pasadena. She was the lone sub-4A player chosen by the GHAGBA this year. As a 5-8 senior co-captain for the Lady Bobcats, Wagner averaged 15 points, 6 rebounds, 5 steals, and 5 assists to help lead her team to their second consecutive district championship. Wagner earned District Offensive MVP honors for 21-3A this year. Though she wasn’t a prolific scorer, Wagner did manage to hit a career high of 32 points against WOS on January 30, her 18th birthday. “Olivia’s consistency is what made her a great player for us this year,†said Chris Jost. “She led us in most categories and she came to play every game.†
