They both ran the same heat in the 300 Hurdles at TSU this weekend. Maybe this week at Rice, but for sure at the district meet on April 16th.

Casey ran a 37.65 to take 2nd and Lacour ran a 38.50 to take 7th in the 300 hurdles final.

do you get two steps on the line in a laned race or is that just in races with a break to the 1st lane.

I think you are allowed 2 steps on the line. If you go out of your lane into the next one or if you take 3 on the line then I think you are disqualified.
