I thought they were very well coached under Crawford. I hope the board can find a good replacement.
PURPLE 4EVER
Crawford was doing a good job for those kids. Probably the only bright spot in that entire school district. I think North Forest just lost their best employee.
bronco1
Bad deal for the boys, 1 year as a combined school and their coach is already leaving! I hope they find a good replacement.
HillGuy
North Forest is still in deep trouble, he probably saw the storm coming and got out. Don't blame him. That district needs to be absorbed into HISD or another in the area.
BHFAN
Sad situation for them. That ISD is corrupt at best, but if they clean house no one would work there!! It still blows my mind that i have to walk through a metal detector to get to the stands at a high school FB game.

Having to leave the school vicinity and drive through the neighborhood at night after a basketball game was not an ideal situation. North Forest does need to be dissolved into HISD, the adults in that district have shown historically that they can not run the district. I am sure Crawford saw this and got out while the getting was good. The real losers are the kids.
Guest etbu
Coach Crawford has been trying for that job over the last two years bc he played ball there for Billy Smit. More money and who knows rumors have it that Aldine ISD may take over NFISD anyway. Coach Crawford is a good GOD fearing man and class act. Happy for him and wish the best for him.
