**Kirbyville vs Woodville Updates**/WOODVILLE WINS!!

Recommended Posts

How about them Woodville eagles.  i posted a poll about a week ago and everyone said Kirbyville would beat woodville.  Woodville has some great pitching and a real good hitting line up with Ford, Stafford, and Briers.  which all had a great game against Kirbyville.

KIRBYVILLE WHO!?! about time somebody gave those almighty wildcats a reality check. Maybe now they'll realize the difference in how good they THINK they are, and how good they REALLY are. Congrats woodville, you finally showed them that just because they drop to 2a doesn't mean they'll win a state championship, or even a district championship.

I love how when kirbyville loses a game it's a reality check and it shows them the difference of how good they think they are and how good they really are and when a different team loses it's just "oh they had a bad game" and they already knew that dropping down to 2a didn't mean they would win a state championship and kirbyville never thought they couldn't be beat I mean obviously they knew that since they weren't undefeated going into that game ...

However congrats to woodville on the win

And kville needs to step it up or they're gonna end up like the last 2 years

well..yeah you gotta point. If kirbyville doesn't lost another game, then it was just an off game for them too, and ill take back my statement.  But im just banking on them losing another. time will tell.

Just one of those games. out hit them 12 to 6 and had a lot of line drives to center and right.  you know the feeling. It reminded me of the HJ win over BUNA!!!!  I lot of hard shots just at them.

    • I don’t benefit from it, that’s not my area.  But the average cost to imprison someone is around $15k per year (on average in the US) and capital cases cost somewhere between $1.5-$3M with over half being overturned or reduced to life in prison anyway.  These numbers may be inflated since the last report I read but I’m sure it would be on both sides and higher on the DP side if anything. So what’s the point?  We feel better because we got to return the favor on someone (hopefully) who committed a heinous crime?  And I don’t know I can say we have “complicated” it. Which appeal should we cut out?  Our justice system has a pecking order and we have higher courts for a reason. When we are about to impose the ultimate judgment, should we cut steps that other cases have to save a buck?  Or do we not pay for an indigent person’s experts at the trial court level because it’s too expensive? Or do we just lock them up and throw away the key (unless we later find out they weren’t actually guilty, in which case we have a key and a life we haven’t unjustly ended) and save a ton of money?  Seems to me to be an easy and obvious solution but I’m more of a pragmatist.

    • @CIS_org National Security Senior Fellow @BensmanTodd tells Steve Bannon how the U.S. State Department and USAID have been sending American taxpayer funds to religious nonprofits to facilitate mass immigration to our southern border. Bensman says 248 nonprofits are participating in the United Nations’ 2024 agenda to distribute $1.6 billion in cash, transportation, food, and shelter to U.S.-bound immigrants across Mexico and Latin America.
