UFC constructing a stadium in Russia to accomodate Fedor’s demands

We’ve got some breaking news for our International fans. Apparently Dana White is going to get Fedor Emelianenko by any means necessary, as the UFC has begun construction on a new state-of-the-art stadium in the heart of Russia.

Not coincidentally, construction begins today, APRIL 1. Not coincidentally, the project is expected to be completed on APRIL 1, 2010 — just in time for UFC 115.

From Dana:

“This is a big moment for the company and I couldn’t have picked a better day to announce this monumental event. I can’t wait for this Stadium to be finished and we’re even including the fans in the process by holding a contest on the Internet for people to choose the name of it.â€

UFC 115 is expected to be held inside Thunderdome, which will be reconstructed inside the new stadium. Builders are asked not to blow that little whistle inside the dome, as it may have a damaging effect on the ears of Tim Sylvia.

News of this construction has already sent shockwaves throughout the mixed martial arts community. In order to become eligible for the Internet contest that allows you to choose a new name for the stadium, head over to UFC.com post-haste.

kinda funny...but its def never gonna work out seenig fedor in the UFC. Dana will absolutely NOT let his fighters take part in any other fighting event....which ofcourse includes Fedor's World Samba Championships. If Dana would just bend the rules for Fedor, itd be a done deal. but Dana being the stubborn mule that he is, wont budge. he gets his way or nothing.

ufc doesnt need fedor...there fine without him.....now if the ufc was struggling then he would try and make something happen...ufc is in good hands without dana....wants lesnar keeps winning  the fans and th  whole mma country will call out fedor  and we will get fedor vs lesnar biggest mma event ever  and could break boxing records...

lesnar is the ufc version of kimbo slice. yeah hes a beast, but he has no fighter mentality...he has a wrestling mentality. dont you find it strange that brock lost his first ufc fight to mir and after a win vs. a weak fighter in heath herring, gets a title shot vs. 45 yr old randy coture whos not the same as he used to be. something seems fishy and im sure frank mir will take brock down again. fedor is the ONLY great HW there is....29-1-1...could easily be 31-0. look it up. loss was to a cut. and NC was also due to a cut from an accidental headbutt....he later beat nogueira(nc) in the grand prix final. do your fedor research. hes the best...that simple.

did i ever say he wasnt the best heavyweight no i did not....i know hes the best so dont tell me to look it up when i never said  he wasnt the best...the natural dominated gonzaga and slyvia.those are 2 good hvyweights and lesnar dominated coutore....lesnar  doesnt even compare to kimbo  dumb a thats a dumb comparison...lesnar beat a legend and dominated him...lesnar will get better and btter each fight hes a athlete man  and takes pride in what he does...he will dominate mir in july  just watch..
