YankeeDawg Posted April 2, 2009 Author Report Posted April 2, 2009 Don't knock yourself out banging your head on the porcelain. Take a pic of the "Green Monster" with ya to make ya feel better ;D
bullets13 Posted April 2, 2009 Report Posted April 2, 2009 money may not be able to buy a championship this year, but it'll buy one heck of a stadium!
YankeeDawg Posted April 2, 2009 Author Report Posted April 2, 2009 As awesome as the new stadium looks, it won't have the same feel to it as the original. I went many times when I was growing up in NY and it gave me chills thinking about the great players who were on that field.

Now the kids in NY can say I went to the New Yankke Stadium and saw Johnny Damon throw like a girl. ;D

Lazeek Posted April 3, 2009 Report Posted April 3, 2009 I heard Colin Cowherd on ESPN Radio the other day saying that there are over 2000 seats that have a partial block of the field. Beautiful place but sounds like poor decisions on the constuction of it.
2throwrundown Posted April 4, 2009 Report Posted April 4, 2009 I had the fortune of seeing a game in Old Yankee Stadium last summer, was a great place to watch a ballgame. The new stadium may look amazing, I just cant imagine it having the same feel
