wierd they wouldnt put lcm or liberty in the other district.  Since the numbers are one sided

because if you put lcm and west orange in.. you would have the I10 orange county groups together....  leave beaumont and mid county with bc... proximity.... no other reason..

they couldnt have made it much less organized could they? I'm saying as far as giving teams the shortest drive times possible this is terrible. Plus they have a district of 6 and a district of 10
