skipper Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 i for one think coach crouch, will be what lc-m has been looking for .he is a very smart man and what i have been told the kids all like him and thats a BIG plush. rome was not built in a day just give his a year then it will all come togather in bear country
skipper Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 once he gets all his coaches he needs then things will start falling in place. randy is a very smart coach and familey man,he knows what it takes to win and he will show it at lc-m maybe not this year BUT who knows he just might suprise alot of people this year ,he has alot to work with GOOD LUCK COACH CROUCH
PhatMack19 Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 A good start would be to persuade some of the baseball kids to play football. The LCM baseball team is HUGE and none of them play football. In order to be successful, Crouch will need his schools best athletes to come out and play football.
td Posted April 9, 2009 Report Posted April 9, 2009 i for one think coach crouch, will be what lc-m has been looking for .he is a very smart man and what i have been told the kids all like him and thats a BIG plush. rome was not built in a day just give his a year then it will all come togather in bear country Turning a program around in just one year is a tall order for anyone. Give him time and I think he can get it done. Changing a whole mind set in just one year is asking alot.
skipper Posted April 10, 2009 Report Posted April 10, 2009 with all the speed and SR leadership lc-m has coming this year and with coach crouch behind the wheel ,lc-m might suprise alot of people this year i hope
bojonomore Posted April 11, 2009 Report Posted April 11, 2009 with all the speed and SR leadership lc-m has coming this year and with coach crouch behind the wheel ,lc-m might suprise alot of people this year i hope sarcasm? but no really they will be much improved over last season. I guess like 3-4 district wins
DP#1FAN Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 Coach Crouch will need time to get his program in and will also need time for the kids to buy into it. Remember a good coach surrounds hisself with good coaches.
bojofootball Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 He has already brought in one new coach, the secondary coach for WOS. And from what i've heard he is a good one. And hopefully he can get some more good ones for the other positions.
bearbooster Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 A good start would be to persuade some of the baseball kids to play football. The LCM baseball team is HUGE and none of them play football. In order to be successful, Crouch will need his schools best athletes to come out and play football. Many kids that had migrated away have returned to football from basketball, baseball, and soccer. The football programs numbers have gone way up since the new year. The kids really like the atmosphere around the athletic department which attracts them to be in and around the weightroom. I think good things are ahead for Coach Crouch and his bears.
skipper Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 with coach crouch size dont mean alot BEING IN SHAPE IS.you better be ready to run your tail off.if u look at west orange he had no size to work with but now he dose at lc-m, week #2 we will see if size is going to be the key for the bears the best two you guys and stay in that weight room
marshman Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 I stated in another thread that I think LCM can win 3 maybe 4 games this year and probably be competitive in maybe 2 more. Who knows with a little luck thrown in too could the Bears be looking a having a .500 season? Not putting the cart in front of the horse but you know the old saying that starts..."on any given Friday...."

I've always felt sorry for wos because they are so under sized. :
stangchain Posted April 14, 2009 Report Posted April 14, 2009 WOS IS undersized as a whole. LB's weighed 170, maybe 180 tops. Kevin Robinson, who won the Willie Ray Smith award was only 155. Kids may be small, but they are tough, thanks to the off-season.
Guest helicopter11 Posted April 15, 2009 Report Posted April 15, 2009 all of the big kids for lcm baseball are seniors this year just throwing that in
