snafu Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 Has anyone heard the status of Hester? I heard he walked off the mound against, I believe it was Ned, and I have heard he is done for the season and won't be ready until next year....
Bronx Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 I certainly hope Hester doesn't have a serious injury. Someone from Vidor please update his condition.
Guest JoesBros Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 A little bird flew on my shoulder and told me he is done til next baseball season.
Bronx Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 I hate to hear that about Hester. Tell him to get the surgery ASAP and work hard in rehab. My son tore his ACL in basketball last year and missed his entire junior season; however, he worked VERY hard and came back and has been very successful this year. Tell Hester his friends from Dayton are thinking of him and wish him a speedy recovery.
BCcardbacker Posted April 13, 2009 Report Posted April 13, 2009 Hate to hear this about Trae! I know he'll come back stronger than ever next year! Keep your head up and best wishes for a speedy recovery from your friends in Bridge City!
Guest patriot117 Posted April 14, 2009 Report Posted April 14, 2009 "If I had to select one quality, one personal characteristic that I regard as being most highly correlated with success, whatever the field, I would pick the trait of persistence. Determination. The will to endure to the end, to get knocked down seventy times and get up off the floor saying, "Here comes number seventy-one!" Richard M. DeVos Trae, keep your chin up. You and your family are in our prayers. The Jacobs Family
Guest JoesBros Posted April 15, 2009 Report Posted April 15, 2009 Just to clear something up I dont want to say I recieved "bad" information about him having surgery but I talked to a realiable source last night and Trae has not had an MRI yet. So as of right now no surgery no nothing. Still waiting on a MRI
EAGLE07 Posted April 15, 2009 Report Posted April 15, 2009 Just to clear something up I dont want to say I recieved "bad" information about him having surgery but I talked to a realiable source last night and Trae has not had an MRI yet. So as of right now no surgery no nothing. Still waiting on a MRI Thanks. I spoke to his Dad yesterday. I was wondering where ya'll where getting info. about surgery. It's very possible that surgery might not even be needed. Regardless, I'm hoping Trae recovers quickly. Very talented ball player.
td Posted April 15, 2009 Report Posted April 15, 2009 Good luck with recovery, what ever the problem is.
PhatMack19 Posted April 15, 2009 Report Posted April 15, 2009 He pinch ran in the game last night against Lumberton. Glad to see is doing whatever he can to help the team. Hopefully he can make a speedy recovery.
