Guest coachacola Posted April 14, 2009 Report Posted April 14, 2009 According to Coach Woodard in the PA News today: The turf may have been slippery and the lines not so straight on the home field, but Woodard is looking forward to next month when the permanent artificial turf, complete with pre-painted lines, is installed. “I think by the third week in May,†Woodard said. “Hopefully by the end of the month they’ll have it in plenty of time for fall ball. I’m just excited — excited to have this opportunity. It’s another great day and another step for Lamar University.†http://www.panews.com/local/local_story_104094124.html
AJ25 Posted April 16, 2009 Report Posted April 16, 2009 now the fieldhouse? i think they should've done this the other way around. they're just allowing time to put more wear and tear on the turf.. when they could just be tearing up the grass field that will be replaced anyways.
