Not sure. Getting updates from a friend. He gave up 3 hits in the 1st but only 1 was hit well, the other 2 were flares that found a hole. The HR was ripped down the left field line. Got out in a hurry is what I was told.

#17 had two good hits. Broncos could've pulled through but the only hitter was #17.

Butler K's 14 Bronco's in a complete game victory. He has really turned it on the second half of the season. Smesny was not sharp at all.  7 hit batters in complete game loss. Threw 130+ pitches. GCM left runners on base in every inning. Velocity was down 5-6 mph from the first meeting. The Goose gets back in the thick of things with a big road win!

A good game by both teams.Well pitched by both pitchers.Smesny did hit a few batters but really only made one mistake in the second inning.I would say he was still in the mid eighties with his fastball.Congrads to GCM.

Sounds like Smesney had a tough outing. I wasn't at the game, so I don't know. But hitting 7 batters is more than 1 mistake. OUCH!

Smesnys velocity was hi 80's but location was the problem--officially 6 hit batters and the HR was a change-up left up. The batter hit it perfectly. The big story was Butler. He gave up only two hits both to Cameron Crapo.

Hats off to GCM they played a great game.
