footballplayer Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 Who is going to have the best "D" in district 23-a? it's up in the air for me WH has the most coming back from last year but i just can't pick the best.
eaba26 Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 ONLY THING I KNOW IS HULL-DAISETTA HAS GILMORE AND SOME OTHERS WHO WILL HIT YOU. THERE MIGHT EVEN BE A SURPRISE ON THE DEFENSE. JUST GOTTA WAIT AND SEE
thunder210 Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 chester played a good defensive first half against wh and hull. just need to keep it through the whole game
footballplayer Posted May 7, 2009 Author Report Posted May 7, 2009 chester played a good defensive first half against wh and hull. just need to keep it through the whole game you got to play all 4 quarters tho
the wise one Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 i think that WH will have the most talent of the defensive side of the ball this year now weather or not they play with heart and determination that has yet to be seen but i can see them being comparable to evadale's D of last year. Now HD will have as much talent on D as WH at the top of their roster but i don't see their second tear guys being at the level of WH's second tear guys. evadale will still be very well coached and they will play their hearts out from the first snap to the last but i just don't see them with the talent that they had on d like last year due to graduation

All Day Posted May 22, 2009 Report Posted May 22, 2009 It is a bit of a toss up with these 3 but when the lights come on and they step inside those lines, Evadale, Hull-Daisetta, and West Hardin will give you a good football game against one another.

All Day Posted May 22, 2009 Report Posted May 22, 2009 True That... Guess Now The Only Thing Is To Wait For August To Get Here...
AGAINSTtheGRAIN9 Posted June 30, 2009 Report Posted June 30, 2009 there are a few teams in this district with some alright defensive kids . . . . .but which team do you think will be the best defensive UNIT!?
joebdun Posted July 1, 2009 Report Posted July 1, 2009 I think Evadale will be down this year on the "D" side of the ball due to Graduation at the start of the year. It will be up to the younger kids to step up and that will take time for them to learn to play there spot and not chase the ball and give up containment. On the Off side of the ball a kid can be a stand out star but on the D side it takes all 11 working together ,doing there jobs on ever play.
AGAINSTtheGRAIN9 Posted July 1, 2009 Report Posted July 1, 2009 which kids do u think will stick out in the district? :-\
