I have not seen anything about Lamar Consolidated this year. They had just about their entire team back from last season that was loaded with talent and the looks of a team that could be dominant. Evidently, injuries or something unforseen happened.

As of May 7th, Lamar Consolidated was 17-3 and ranked #10 in state. I believe they won their district.
