Guest Wildcat 08 Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 4A State Track Qualifiers - Monday News KBMT Story Created: May 18, 2009 at 9:38 PM CDT Story Updated: May 18, 2009 at 11:09 PM CDT A'Lexus Brannon of the Ozen Panthers won the long jump and triple jump at the 4a Regional Meet Monday in Huntsville to qualify for the State Track Meet in June. Brannon won the long jump with a leap of 20 feet 4 and half inches.... and the triple jump going 42 feet and one half inch. Jarrade Lee of Ozen won the shot put with a toss of 54 feet- 11 and three quarters inches and is headed to state. Lee will compete Tuesday in the discus Dylan Richards of PNG is going to State in the High Jump with a leap of 6 feet six inches to finish first at the Regional Meet. Leslie Beard of Lumberton qualified for the Pole Vault for the second year in a row...with a leap fo 11 feet even.
