Thats not cool man....Her son is dead...Regardless of how all of you "perfect" SE Texans perceive this...Its STILL a tragedy. You should check yourselves....ANY mother would want answers, even if it were something that was self inflicted....She is still a mother who had to bury her son.

Any mother would want answers... I don't think any mother would contact Quannel and the black panthers and Rodney Kings lawyer... cmon... Just think if my son died in Port Arthur and I contacted the clan and whomever their leader is to come and protest in downtown Port Arthur and hired a lawyer that was involved in some heated white killed by blacks case... I would be labeled a racist for SURE!!!! and I would be rightfully called that because what I would have done would have been racism.  There is such a double standard it is absolutely unbelievable!!!!!  and you are right it is a horrible tragedy... It is also a tragedy that we have to assume white racism with no evidence of any such thing.

I am locking this thread. It has gotten way out of hand. Enough has been said about it, too much, in my opinion. It can only get worse. Tempers are flaring. Lets move on to something else.
