Number 1 in 4ADII beat number 2 in 4A D1 Carthage held Chapel to zero first downs until starters pulled midway through 3rd quarter. Carthage had right at 500 total yards to Chapel Hill 80. Chapel Hill had a pick 6 at the start of the 1st quarter. Did not score again until 4th quarter. -
The didn’t have to appeal. It was targeting. They were told and it’s in the UIl rule book. You are out for that game. If it’s your 3rd one. Then you miss the following game. I had to look it up . I was unsure. -

Been to hundreds of games over the years. And have seen bands play when the opposing team’s offense is on the field. Seems like there was a problem just last night with this particular school.
