Guest Jody Posted February 16, 2006 Report Posted February 16, 2006 I don't understand why anyone would see blowouts. Especially considering the scores from the PN-G/LaMarque series the past two years. 2005 @LaMarque 27 PN-G 10 Cougars scored two touchdowns in the fourth to pull away. 2004 LaMarque 21 @PN-G 7 Coogs scored a fourth quarter touchdown to pull away' date=' Indians turned the ball over multiple time inside the LaMarque 10.[/quote'] I actually don't think LaMarque will be a "blow-out", however the Brenham game is going to be ugly. Having said that, LaMarque allowing only 17 points in two games is not saying much for PN-G, who claims to be one o the regional powerhouse teams (meaning Nederland, Ozen, Central, etc......) Never the less, I am anxious to watch these match-ups, being new to 4-A.
Razor Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 I've got an idea...let's put BH against LM or Brenham and see how they fare.
bigred75 Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 How do you spell Blow Out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ndnsrock44 Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 Good idea Razor! Easy for Jody to talk trash when BH won't play anyone near the caliber of LM or Brenham. We only scored 17 against LM, but both games we shot ourselves in the foot too many times. Not that it matters, but we outgained LM in our game last year. We turned the ball over several times and after driving about 60 yds on our opening drive, had our punt blocked and returned for a TD. Anyway, have fun in Pearland Jody...The Dogs and Indians will be packing Reliant!
Guest pngpurplenwhite Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 BH has never played any caliber teams, thats why they never make it very far in the playoffs
Bread Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 lamarque: 28 nederland: 21 PNG: 17 Brenham: 21 i have no idea how good nederland or png will be' date=' but lamarque and brenham are usually pretty good, so those are for NOW, could change later[/quote'] i still stick with my predictions.........good luck to both teams....
godogs Posted April 27, 2006 Report Posted April 27, 2006 from wat i see brehnam is LOADED!! so png has there work cut out for them...lamarque has another strong team but bigned has a good chance to make it a game....good luck to both
ESPN Posted April 27, 2006 Report Posted April 27, 2006 Just being honest but PN-G and Brenham will probably get ugly. Nederland has a chance to keep the LaMarque game within 10.
KFDM COOP Posted April 27, 2006 Author Report Posted April 27, 2006 Big test right off the bat for both.
Matt Posted April 29, 2006 Report Posted April 29, 2006 heres my 2 cents Lamarque 31 Ned 7 Brenham 28 PN-G 3 Lord help us all if Nederland actually beats LaMarque, we'll be hearing about it for the 25 years
ESPN Posted April 29, 2006 Report Posted April 29, 2006 Looks about right! Nederland could play LaMarque a little closer though.
KFDM COOP Posted May 16, 2006 Author Report Posted May 16, 2006 I think Nederland will play them a little closer myself.
DOGBALL Posted May 18, 2006 Report Posted May 18, 2006 Nederland will play a lot closer. You can bet on Larry having them ready.
KFDM COOP Posted May 18, 2006 Author Report Posted May 18, 2006 Yes he will, like always! I say LaMarque by 13.
KFDM COOP Posted June 6, 2006 Author Report Posted June 6, 2006 Anyone changed their mind on the predictions??
KFDM COOP Posted June 8, 2006 Author Report Posted June 8, 2006 Brenham used to just be mainly a Baseball School, now ther great in all Sports. They make go all the way in 4A this year.
Guest Jody Posted June 8, 2006 Report Posted June 8, 2006 heres my 2 cents Lord help us all if Nederland actually beats LaMarque' date=' we'll be hearing about it for the 25 years[/quote'] Now that is so true..... Can you imagine if WOS won a game like that... My Lord there would be statistical averages and spreadheets before week 2.
Guest Living 4 Friday Nights Posted June 13, 2006 Report Posted June 13, 2006 Brenham by 24 over PNG LaMarque by 12 over Nederland is my prediction for week 0.
NeDeRlAnD b-DoG fAn Posted June 13, 2006 Report Posted June 13, 2006 La Marque=35 Ned=24 Brenham=38 PNG=17
James Mosley Posted June 13, 2006 Report Posted June 13, 2006 Nederland 21 LaMarque 20 Brenham 49 PNG 15
Guest Living 4 Friday Nights Posted June 13, 2006 Report Posted June 13, 2006 I agree with James in a way. LaMarque may be down a little and with Coach Neuman in charge you never no in this one. Speed alone though i'll still say LaMarque.
