nedball#1 Posted September 13, 2006 Report Posted September 13, 2006 Not just saying because he's my coach but he is the best and his record proves it Brian English. By far and away.
whsalum Posted September 15, 2006 Report Posted September 15, 2006 Some of the best coaches in the state are right here in our corner of the state.McCarty,Boutte, all the HJ connection(Sutherland,Davis,Joubert,Trey)they had a really good teacher.English and Carter from Warren. He had some outstanding teams at Brookeland 5 or 6 years ago.
footballfan88 Posted September 15, 2006 Report Posted September 15, 2006 cradeur at lumberton... he is a good coach and a great guy!!!
t-time Posted September 15, 2006 Report Posted September 15, 2006 i would say sutherland and davis at h-j they are excellent coaches with a good team to back them
omegafour4 Posted September 20, 2006 Report Posted September 20, 2006 Boutte, Whether anyone likes it or not is the undisputed best coach in southeast texas. He has the rings to prove it. You might not like style and attitude but you can not argue with success and championships!!!!
beaumontballer44 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 Credeur yes he is a very good coach but not a basketball one! I would say harley or english with the talent he has he is a great coach do you think he will brind the 3 point offense to nederland? boutte is good to but he always has soooo mcuh talent
ozens fastest@1906 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 not being bias b/c i went to the school but boutte... the man has a championship formula that will not fail unless he lets it
beaumontballer44 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 do u ever see him leaving ozen in the future if so when? If he went to houston he could get more money
BHS06 Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 The best coach of all time is Cotton Robinson of Buna. He won seven state championships in 2A. Coach Hyden won 3 or 4 with the girls in Buna also
LU05 Posted October 4, 2006 Report Posted October 4, 2006 i would have to go with my hometown favorite -- byron terrior... doesn't coach any more works at buna now but he did lots with evadale he was a good coach.
Jsmity Posted October 9, 2006 Report Posted October 9, 2006 Coach Simon at WB!!! .. Oh wait this is the best coach right... woops.... my bad  ......
Guest 972BBallCoach Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 I agree. Byron Terrier was and still would be an excellent choice. He was my high school basketball coach (my Junior and Senior years). He took a group of "Thugs" (as he was told) and made great men out of us. My junior year we made it to Regional Finals and my senior year we were ranked in the top 3 through out the year. He is the person that molded me today. Without him there is no telling where I would be. I would probably be working offshore somewhere in the middle of the gulf right now. Instead, he helped me get to and finish college. He has helped me every time I have needed help and he has truly been a blessing to my family as well as my self. He taught me character and he taught me discipline. These are characterics I try to teach players today. I would love to coach under him again. I just hope that I touch 1 players life the way he touched mine.

Guest mffl Posted October 13, 2006 Report Posted October 13, 2006 Coach Boutte no doubt, he now's how to take talent and use it get the best out of what he has.
bobcatfan33 Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 Guys, the best coach would be Nathan Toon, did we forget he brought a team to the playoffs after a 50 year streak of not going? So he gets my vote.
big_robes49 Posted October 20, 2006 Report Posted October 20, 2006 hj has the best coaching combination around... sutherland, davis, lee
