The Coach of the Year usually goes the the coach who does the most with the least. You may not believe this, but talent does matter.

I tried to find a way to say this to make it not sound ugly and I couldn't. So just know that I don't mean it that way. If that's how you feel then you should make up your own team. Gary obviously has his own opinion.
