I think eventually the writers will realize that most of the players of this era were using, and still take the very best and induct them into the HOF.  Bonds, McGwire, and Sosa made the HR records almost meaningless,  but still they were a big part of baseball history and need to be recognized.  McGwire didn't even come close to getting enough votes the first few times. It will be interesting to see what happens with Bonds and Sosa.

andruw jones was bigger, IMO.  Palmeiro's was pretty big as well.  Also, McGuire went from a hero to an outcast in about 20 minutes.

Andruw Jones is at least still playing and CAN, even though won't, still turn it around.
