mustangs_2007 Posted September 14, 2006 Report Posted September 14, 2006 what do yall have to say about wos this year after losing there 2 good pitchers in sparks and ayers....
KFDM COOP Posted September 14, 2006 Report Posted September 14, 2006 The new Coach should do well. Good guy, good Coach. He really likes the game.
mustangs_2007 Posted September 14, 2006 Author Report Posted September 14, 2006 the mustangs will be led by all district picks Terry Veitch- pitcher and catcher Earl Thomas- Outfield Jacoby Franks- Outfield
MIF04 Posted September 14, 2006 Report Posted September 14, 2006 I think it is gonna be a long year for WOS. (1) They weren't that good last year. (2) They lost their 2 best pitchers. (3) Re-alignment has made their district much tougher with the addition of Silsbee and Jasper, along with Bridge City. The new coach is a good guy and will do the best he can with what he's got. He better have a lot of patience and a sense of humor....
Utbaseball16 Posted September 15, 2006 Report Posted September 15, 2006 He better have a lot of patience and a sense of humor.... lol that was a good one ... I dont know about WOS.... dont think they can compete with them lcm battlin bears.... even with there very young roster of probably 4 maybe 5 starin sohpmores
mustangs_2007 Posted October 5, 2006 Author Report Posted October 5, 2006 im pretty sure that wos will be able to compete with lcm this year even if lcm has a young team. everyone will be underestimating wos and they will sneak up on opponents
Guest Orangeboy Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 WOS will have their running backs back again this year. Should be another great OF. Too bad they can't hit.
The Voice Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 If the new coach comming in can develop the right attitude, anything is possible. MIF04 would call it "swag." Their attitude will determine their altitude.
MIF04 Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 Amen brother...just like the little train, "I think I can, I think I can..."
sticky Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 I'll be surprised if WOS completes the season anywhere near .500. But hey I'm no expert.
