Pirates88 Posted June 7, 2009 Report Posted June 7, 2009 Our Hit Away (16U) team went 6 - 0 through the championship game beating SK Impact (16U) 4-1 to take the tournament. The girls from our area that represented were Bekah Flores (Lumberton), Caitlyn Dykes (PNG), Kaitlyn Werner (Vidor) , Lindsey Stephens (Hampshire Fannet), Molly Randle (Ozen), Mendy Laday (Ozen). We played Smackdown (18U) and The Misfits (16U) in pool play. Also in bracket play we played SK Impact (16U), No Mercy (16U), Team USA (18U), and SK Impact (16U) again for the championship. Again we are really proud of you girls. See everyone at Ford Park next weekend.

We are split into three groups, since we are so far apart, Huntsville, Beaumont & Houston. Yes, we also have girls from Centerville and Buffalo. Our home feild is at Collins Park in Spring.

Is this the Hit Away that practices on their own field back on field 5 at Collins Park? We are again in the Fireworks tournament. And yes, the Hit Away organization has field #5 at Collins Park.
