LumberCard Posted June 12, 2009 Report Posted June 12, 2009 Third appearance at a National Championship meet this season. Two All American honors with cross country and indoor track. Great season for a great guy. I think this season was just the tip of the iceburg for Sammy. And the cross country team is going to blow the socks off of people next year.
cardinalcc Posted June 12, 2009 Report Posted June 12, 2009 Congrats Sam! He is a great guy and worked very hard to get where he is. I was lucky to get to know him and to run with him this year(even though he did lap me off the track twice!). As for cross country, if we stay healthy and keep up the hardwork, i think we can surprise a lot of people in the fall.
