Guest coachacola
For the second time in three seasons, the Lamar University women's basketball team has put together a highly touted recruiting class, this year being ranked No. 54 in the country by the Collegiate Girls Basketball Report. The Lady Cardinals stayed within their region to land five signees, mixing the transfer and junior college market in to the incoming freshman class. Head coach Larry Tidwell's first recruiting class with the LU women in 2007 was tabbed No. 31 in the country. http://www.lamarcardinals.com/sports/w-baskbl/spec-rel/061909aaa.html

TexasTerror
Come on MFFL, you know I only give you that crap when Roc's buddies in the media are tabbing him as a top 5, 10 class. And then, I kick back with amazement as UNLV touts the Lamar unit as the next coming of Christ. Tidwell has a different way of going about things. I do use a recruiting service web site for women's hoops, which apparently is having some issues now with a virus or something. Can not recall exactly, but I do believe Lamar was the tops in the SLC. Do not remember their national placement.

UNLV
Now if we can just get more than 500 people to show up to the games!! Win, and fans will. 10,000 when LSU came to the Montagne and got whipped.
TexasTerror
The web site I use has the following - though it should be noted that Lamar only lists two signees and they do not have any of the SHSU class (which all came late). It has not been updated since mid-May and as you can tell, even with the players LU gets - hard to imagine them jumping 100 spots... 128. TxSt-San Marcos 166. Lamar 190. Central Ark 206. McNeese 238.
