poseidon Posted July 10, 2009 Report Posted July 10, 2009 LCM Freshman Hayden Reed qualified for the USATF National Junior Olympics today in the shotput with a throw of 50' 7". He finished third at Regionals and will travel to North Carolina at the end of the month to compete in the Nationals. He is throwing the discus tomorrow and has the chance to compete in two events at Nationals with a third place or higher finish. Great job Hayden. Update, Hayden qualified in the discus today with a throw of 145' 4". He will compete in both events at nationals.
