still some dry air and wind shear is suspposed to get around 30 knots so its looking about 30 percent chance of developing

no it doesn't i been reading goofbal masters and he gave it 30 to 50 percent chance lol I mean come on now, u can see the dry air on radar and the wind shear...but storms do crazy things..
