Most everybody presses these days. Whats the most effective?....the 2-2-1  is a good one?

True, you need some a litttle speed and some quickness......

Well that and some tenacity as well...Some teams press so well because they are taught to "smell blood". If you saw Yates play this year, thats the best example of that!

I think Yates wrote the book on it.......they didn't really have any bigs that were dominate, they just take it to you....

It just depends on your personnel and how you like to run your press...if you have an athletic big i think you can run a very effective 2-2-1.

I like this one myself,you can run it full or half court to change things up.

          If the kids can get the rotation down it can be very effective.

Well maybe so but Yates has it fine tuned.......
