bronco1 Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 746 yards and 10 TD's. He is a machine, what's the story. 69 is alot of carries but, the boy has ran almost a half a mile with somebody trying to tackle him. LaMarque, Forest Brook and Waller, aaah, they do have a defense, right? I hope we are ready for him!
Guest Kelly Football Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 If you stop Mosley you have a chance.
tvc184 Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 Anyone can see that Mosley is the offensive leader of the team. It is the same with most teams that they have a "go to" player or two. Nederland's quarterback, Alex Moshier, has already passed for almost 500 yards and 3 touchdowns and is about 50 yards from being the passing leader in 22-4A. When Mosley was rushing for 318 yards against Waller, Moshier passed for almost 200. There is no doubt that Mosley is a team leader but I think it would be foolish to think if you stop Mosley, the game is over.
L-Town Stunners Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 Must have missed which team this "Machine" plays for. :?

KFDM COOP Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 No one has stopped the machine yet either.
Guest LCM Volleyball Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 We'll be ready for him!
Guest GoStangs Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 Mosley is the key to NED. Stop him (good luck on that one), and you stand a very good chance at winning; slow him down (of course, that's a lot easier said than done), and you've got a battle on your hands; let him run wild, and you won't stand a chance. He certainly isn't the only player for NED, but he is definitely the best they have. It's no surprise the leading receiver on the team is Mosely, who has almost 20% of NED's total in receiving yards. Running the ball, Mosely is about it -- no rusher has 100 yards (not for a game, but for the season). If he was the punter, it wouldn't surprise me if he had a 60 yard average, and I'm still wondering if he drives the bus to the games -- he's just an all around threat. It impresses me that everyone knew how strong he'd be coming into the season, yet nobody has stopped him or slowed him down. He is the team's top rusher and receiver, and has put up monster numbers in just 3 games -- some starting RBs won't even get his kind of yardage in the season. It'll be very interesting to see where his numbers are at the end of the season.

That is the mark of a true great RB..you know he is good and prepared for him and he still gets 200 yards on you.
magic-11 Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 I WILL BE VERY SURPRISED IF ANYONE STOPS HIM,,,SLOW HIM DOWN POSSIBLE, BUT STILL WILL BE HARD TO DO.... IF THE MONSTER STAYS HEALTHY DIST. 22-4A BETTER SCORE A WHOLE BUNCH AGAINST NEDERLAND TO WIN OR THEY WILL RUN THE TABLE....
Guest Kelly Football Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 I don't think mny teams will either. Hell LaMarque had trouble with him. Lumberton this will get ugly.
Hupernikomen Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 I don't think mny teams will either. heck LaMarque had trouble with him. Lumberton this will get ugly. I bet Lumberton has a shoot out with Nederland.
fbplayer999 Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 I bet Lumberton has a shoot out with Nederland. what are you smoken?
Hupernikomen Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 what are you smoken? Lumberton is not bad. Don't think they can beat Ned. but wouldn't be surprise to see a high scoring game with Nederland winning it by 2 or 3 scores.
Guest Bridge City Card Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 Lumberton is better don't get me wrong. But their speed and Defense is going to kill them in District.
vp93 Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 Totally agree. That is the mark of a true great RB..you know he is good and prepared for him and he still gets 200 yards on you. This also tells you that he has a pretty good line to run behind.
footballfan88 Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 stoppin Mosley is deffiantly the key for any team to beat ned... not stopping him will turn into a high scoring game.. i dont care what team it is.. lumberton's d will deffiantly have to get better to hang with ned... but there is plenty of time for change.. alot can happen!! he is deffiantly a machine.. but can be stopped!! and ned must have one heck of a line!!
James Mosley Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 The best offensive line in district - NEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
bronco1 Posted September 19, 2006 Author Report Posted September 19, 2006 Anybody know how he did last year? I just can't imagine him keeping this up all year. :?
83/60 Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 It all starts with the O-Line, they must be block pretty good for Mosley to get all them yards. And I assume they pass block well to. The praise needs to go to the O-Line, without them Mosley is nothing.

He said they are a force to be reckoned with.
AstrosDawg07 Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 I just like to watch the kid play, he shows a lot of heart and determination. He is an exciting player to watch.
Bigdog Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 Anybody know how he did last year? I just can't imagine him keeping this up all year. :? He was out several games with a broken jaw , and then there was Rita of course. His sophomore year he had over 1500 yards.
ChsVet07_ Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 Wait till Nedrerland play a real team like Central!! I bet he wont rack up as many yards, looks like he cant do everything by himself!
