AggiesAreWe Posted August 12, 2009 Report Posted August 12, 2009 Hardin-Jefferson Anahuac LCM Kountze Lumberton Legacy WOS Aransas Pass Gladewater Sabine Crockett Bullard Huntington Krum Valley View East Chambers Vidor Is this Sabine or Sabine Pass? If it's Sabine, they will be the overwhelming favorite. : I mean they did win a summer league game up in Denton for crying out loud.
Lazeek Posted August 12, 2009 Report Posted August 12, 2009 What? No Lutheran North? I was looking forward to seeing a Top 20 team in the country play at some small 3A school!!!!! : : :

Not to mention the "Homering" that anybody else is going to get up in that part of the state.

no-look Posted August 25, 2009 Author Report Posted August 25, 2009 when is this? BH has a summer team that would love to come play!!!! This tourney is for big boys. I dont think BH could hang..... ;D
Bench Warmer Posted August 25, 2009 Report Posted August 25, 2009 can't believe we did even get an invite! Are you sure you can't make room for one more team. We will take good care of the 1st place trophy. ;D
Bench Warmer Posted August 26, 2009 Report Posted August 26, 2009 Sorry BH is out. They are all ready commited that weekend to play with the Bigger Men in H Town.. They will play HJ this year in Arransas Pass should be a good game!!!!
BLUEDOVE3 Posted August 26, 2009 Report Posted August 26, 2009 Why isn't Hamshire-Fannett in it? ??? ???
PoppaBearstarr Posted August 26, 2009 Report Posted August 26, 2009 someone needs to start a countdown or something....
Bench Warmer Posted September 1, 2009 Report Posted September 1, 2009 HJ tournement is going to be good with the new facility and doubling the teams. Should have some great games that week.

millermob6 Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 You must have a different list then what is posted here. BH is committed to a Houston tournement that weekend.

millermob6 Posted September 29, 2009 Report Posted September 29, 2009 you only get better when you play up. BH will step up to the challange and be competitive against any HS team.

I'm all for playing up to get better. But you have to have a certain skill set to bring in as you play up, or you can get your confidence destroyed if you or your team are not ready for the heat. Battle scars have tendencies to last for awhile.

Scratch it off and it just jumps right back on ya! I don't know who their top player is for this season. But if he is playing at Lamar, then I would suggest maybe finding games with someone like Ronnie Perkins (?), the pg for Utah Jazz. ;D
Guest DickVitale Posted September 29, 2009 Report Posted September 29, 2009 you only get better when you play up. BH will step up to the challange and be competitive against any HS team. Not true...Yates would beat Barbers Hill by 70!and I can name 5 other teams in Houston that would beat them by similar margins. Anyone want to argue with that? Thought not. 8)
Lazeek Posted September 29, 2009 Report Posted September 29, 2009 I will argue.....................there are not 5 teams that would beat BH by 70!!!! : : : I mean that is by 17-18 points a quarter on average.........I mean come on DV!!!!
Guest DickVitale Posted September 29, 2009 Report Posted September 29, 2009 OK......40..How about that? Yates, however would beat BH by 50 or 60....They won a playoff game last season by 70.....105-35....Barbers Hill can get that same beating coming to Houston to play.
Lazeek Posted September 29, 2009 Report Posted September 29, 2009 Wait a minute.....if the teams from Houston would beat BH that bad then how bad would the teams from the DFW area beat BH? You are so full of stuff and yourself!!!!! This is just another reason that people love to see you fail!!!!!!!
