I bevieve that West Hardin has enough players, but don't know what they've decided yet.

more people get to play if a small school has a jv but it usually hurts freshman and sophmores chance to play varsity

I do agree with that, but if not for a JV team,a lot of kids get left standing on the sidelines wasting a year.

The Rebel JV looked alright against West Sabine's JV on Saturday. They scored once and did not allow the Tigers to score. This program has been a huge benefit to the Rebels as they have had two straight seasons on JV football. The players on this years varsity are coming in with on the field time instead of standing on the sidelines on Friday night.

I wish all the other teams in district could do it, but unfortunately there are some schools that might not even have junior high teams all all and some that may start the season, but won't finish the season.
