I heard that since Central didn't get to scrimmage yesterday, they scrimmaged Legacy today.

I was there at 10 am, and there wasn't anyone playing but a bus from High Island was loading up and leaving.

Scrimmage was moved to Saturday, because of friday storms.  In controlled part High Island 1  Legacy  0.  In live game situations Legacy 16  High Island  8.  No injuries on either side.  Now it's time for the real stuff to begin.  Good luck to both teams this coming week.

What did the start time change and why was it High Island instead of Sabine Pass?

I don't know why HI instead of Sabine Pass, but Sat, Sept 19 Legacy will host Sabine Pass and Sheffield Productions will be there to tape the game and air it on Time Warner the following Wed at 7:00PM ( Channel 18 ).

  Legacy is just the tip of the ice berg on our schedule this year.  Legacy, East Chambers , Hamshire Fannett, Bridge City, Orangefield are just a few of the smaller schools getting airtime this season.  Of Course the big West Brook, PNG, Nederland, Central  and Ozen of the 5A and 4A variety are on there also.

  Watch for our full schedule to be posted later.  We will be taping for Fox 4 this season and games will air on Friday nights and again on Time Warner 18 on Tuesday nights.
