Will SETX ever have a centralized dome stadium?

I always said that if i won the lotto i would build one for the little league kids in my community... But no seating.. All parents would be housed about a mile away in a metal building with couches and a big screen TV!!!!!!!!  Kids would have a ball!!!!!And coaches too ;)

Why would SETX need a domed stadium?  How would we support a domed stadium?  What would be the justification for having one?

We dont, We cant, And none for the last question. It would take away from High School Football to play in a dome, until you get to the playoffs or State
