HR4MEK4U Posted August 28, 2009 Report Posted August 28, 2009 Hard to decide softball has played many positive and memorable times for me. Mine would have to be 8u we took a bunch of 7yo to Abilene and won the ASA Pixie North State Championship then to Moss Bluff in a "slow" pitch tournament not sure the place but not top 3 just a great group of kids and parents team name was TuffStuff
Dogs0917 Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 my best year in softball was definitely my junior year in high school at Big Ned beating barbers hill to go to state then going 15 innings in the state championship...even though we lost that was an amazing experience.
HR4MEK4U Posted September 1, 2009 Author Report Posted September 1, 2009 i guess it seems everyone is looking ahead for this season or some future season, since no one has had a best season yet. Your day will come, if your a parent don't be so critical that may the best she can give.Good luck and congratulation
CRUSHCOACH Posted September 1, 2009 Report Posted September 1, 2009 Has to be the 2006 High School season. Nothing better than having both Daughters on the same team and winning a High School State Championship along with watching all the kids that you've been around for years finally achieve their ultimate goal. 2001 was also nice winning the 12U AFA National championship in Oklahoma. Never will forget it or that team!
adminbaberuth Posted September 1, 2009 Report Posted September 1, 2009 Even though I witnessed my LadyDogs in 98 in Austin, it has to be 96 year LL Nederland South, what a ride for the league championship. We came in second, but it was fun.

Never will forget it or that team! I would have to agree, the State Championship was a very special moment. All of those extra innings, the crowd and the kids overcoming everything for the victory. The 12U in Owasso was awsome as well. I would add winning 18U AFA and the first trip to ASA Gold in Marietta, Ga. as incredible moments.
