Hupernikomen Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 I think teams that get really hyped up and play a great 1st half against team they are not suppose to be able to hang with so often have a 2nd half let down. Turnovers certainly were a factor but I also think Jasper just ran out of gas. Gilmer played with determination to make the score what it should be to the very end. All in all I think it was a promising 1st game for Jasper and certainly showed how potent Gilmer can be.
skipper Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 darian stump godfrey .put the ball in the air36 times and completed 23 for 290 yards. gilmer got all four of jaspers fumbles ,thats a no no,the big play for gimer was WR marlon granville he took a 66 yars pass in.IF jasper would not given the that much i got a feeling it would have been a close game,i can see not much has changed at gilmer
