kicker Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 Predictions? With this being LCM's first game and WOS having a win under their belt, does it make a difference?
KFDM COOP Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 WO-S wins but it will be closer than people think. Rivalry. Plus LC-M is much improved with Crouch as the new man.
Wonderboy Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 I think LCM is going to be very much improved over the last few seasons, and Crouch knows exactly what Hooks and the 'Stangs are going to do, but they still won't be able to stop it. WO-S is too fast for LCM. I am going to be generous and give LCM 2 td's. WO-S 42 LCM 14
kicker Posted August 29, 2009 Author Report Posted August 29, 2009 Well I hope they turn it around this year(of course not against WOS haha) and make the city of Orange proud of both teams.
skipper Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 this (MIGHT) stay close the first hafe.wo-s saw one of the best passers last night in the nederland QB .as much as lc-m likes to put the ball in the air might be a long night for the bears WHO KNOWS. agan the mustangs ran into a big nederland football team and a very good one if i might add. we just got to see who has the most speed and see who has the better play book
adminbaberuth Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 WOS is such a big play team, LCM must keep the ball on offense to stand a chance. I don't know how good we are at Nederland so using us as a measuring stick is up for debate.

I'am not taking anything away from WOS thier good but Bellows was way off, could have been the pressure from the chaingang.

Has anyone heard?
mat Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 After this game Crouch probably saw two of the same things I did. Two keys to keeping it close will be to limit turnovers and penalties. With out the Nederland turnovers it would have been closer and WOS had a lot penalties. With the coaching history I'm going give Crouch enough credit to not play into the WOS expected game plan. It could be close.

marshman Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 LC-M will keep it close for the 1st half, mainly due to high emotions. The Stangs speed will wear down LC-M in the 3rd and 4th qtrs. LC-M will play much improved, but WOS wins 34-14.
RonBurgundy68 Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 WOS 28-24 LCM West Orange wins on a TD in the last 2 mins of the game... YES I just went there... I said it, now watch it happen...

NDNWarrior Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 I beleive WOS will take this one, but not by as much as one would suspect. Crouch and Hooks know whats in each other's head and strategy. WOS -24 LCM -17
LTrain Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 Im pulling for the underdogs in this one LCM 24 WOS 21
skipper Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 hold the boat, how can lc-m be the underdog ,i saw a news flash that lc-m is going to win distso u better change the underdog thing
bojofootball Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 well im sure that was intended to be a joke. and that sophmore RB is gonna give us troubleÂ
shovel Posted August 30, 2009 Report Posted August 30, 2009 I'm an old Bear grad and am pulling for them, but lets get real. WOS had no problem with Nederland, they will have less problem with LCM. The Bears might put 14 points on the board if they are lucky. WOS could hang half a hundred on them without a problem. WOS by a landslide. I hope I'm wrong. GO BEARS!

That offense has to many weapons and once again, a defense that gave up less than 180 yards to a pretty stout Nederalnd offense.
Eagles2011 Posted August 30, 2009 Report Posted August 30, 2009 After all the complaining about Crouch's offense, why am I seeing LCM with more than a TD on some posts. If crouch couldn't call against average deffenses how is he going to put up more than a TD against WO-S
