    • I agree with you on this.  SOC scares me more than TH.
    • Beating Hallsville and Kaufman didn’t take that Mid County Madness sting away, did it?  Our district had 4 GOOD teams, but not a GREAT team in my opinion. This PN-G team is not the caliber of the previous two versions, again just my opinion. The 3 teams that PN-G barely beat or lost to in district have been thoroughly beaten by better teams in the playoffs. Texas High is really good. You will soon see that.
    • They may have been, but png doesn't have the same team they had last year either...they were much stronger on the back end of their D last season than they appear to be this year and from what I see, png had better team speed last year...png and Texas High does make for an interesting matchup as png does have size and can match up in the trenches..I just don't think they will be able to contain the skill players for TH, but that's why they play the games
    • Silsbee OL and DL will be the key for the Tigers to win. If we can get a nice run average and open up the past to Miller and Johnson Silsbee will keep it close. No pick 6s, fumbles, and 15 yard penalties will keep us in it. Last week Silsbee almost played penalty free. If you look back to the loses to Hitchcock and Hamshire-Fannett, we gave up 2 TDs on ints in both games. With no pic 6s those games are alot closer and who knows what happens. Go get em Silsbee!
