They will need to improve.The O line look much improved in the fourth qtr. against BH. Just hope the build on that.

Ennis is a pretty solid ball team, but Crosby is in for a long season if they don't get their act together. It was 54 to 14 at the half! Luckily Ennis started their second string offense in the second half. Crosby's secondary was not very good to say the least. And when they finally did have someone covered, the Ennis receivers made some terriffic catches. Crosby could not stop them. Ennis never punted the ball the entire night. Not even the second string. Crosby's QB Merka is solid, but he doesn't have much help. Crosby doesn't have any size either, so they are going to have to play fundemental football and mistake free if they are going to compete. They didn't do either of these things Saturday night.

bluejay Posted August 31, 2009 Report Posted August 31, 2009 Now we proably know why Xavier Frank moved to Dayton for his senior year...Crosby's defense has been sorry as of late,giving up an average of 27ppg last year...Sounds like PNG should have a great night passing against there secondary and have there defense key on Merka and it should be an easy WIN....
