if you have firefox it wont work, works perfectly on internet explorer

I was thinking it may be your flash player. However, if you don't have the correct player, it usually prompts you to download the correct one. I have IE and Roadrunner and it works fine for me.

I get a split second of freeze frame, as if it's beginning to play, and then it suddenly stops...everytime.  Any ideas?
